Bad service

Bad service ever. They don't want to refund my mom her money they taking us from pillar to post. Rustenburg branch it's just nonsense head office worse than ever. First time in my life experiencing such disrespectful people like that. They font even have a good communication at all. I'll never ever do business with them ever.
