Bad attutude by senior personnel
Yho i went to railway furnitures at mabopane and got a lady named Rose i asked to make a payment on an account instead of advising me that they dont take minimum payments she asked "who do you black people dont pay on time " i immediately called their head office and spoke to another lady (yoliswa or yonelwa) and she was also rude and i asked for the ŕecording of the call i made she kept on diving i am taking the matter to the credit ombudsman since it was not reserved
