Awaiting the delivery of the Couch for almost 2 months

In May 2024, we purchased a 4-piece set of couches from Railway Furnitures in Vosloorus. Unfortunately, one of the 2-seater couches had some issues, so we contacted them to come and collect it for repairs. It has now been two months since they took the couch for repairs, but we have yet to receive it back.

Every time we call to inquire about the status of the couch, we are told that their truck is on the way to deliver it and to ensure someone is home to receive it. This has been the response for the past two weeks, and despite receiving an SMS instructing us to be home on Friday, November 1st, the couch was not delivered.

After contacting them on Saturday, November 2nd, we were informed that the couch is still in the store. At this point, we are unsure of what to believe or how to proceed. We would appreciate a clear and honest update on the status of our couch and a realistic timeline for its delivery.Mr P M Kgasi ***
