Angry unhappy customer this store promises lies to the customers

Am so so angry with this shop I need them to come collect the bedroom headboard and the mirror bought from them since am waiting for them to come assemble them together even nou am still waiting I spoke to the store manager in attlyn complex today dated 31 August she said they will be in my house before 9am I called again she said before 12 now the time is 13h00 still waiting I don't want their funisher anymore can you please help me so they come collect from my house my contact number is *** Thank you in advance
