DAMAGE TO SLEEPER BAR TOP / COUNTER

Kobus from Railtique, Stikland assisted us with a sleeper bar counter / top. This top was made to specifications provided and installed during October 2015. The top could not be fixed, seeing that the back of the bar still had to be completed. The top started to curve and the area where the sleepers were joint, started to move. We have contacted Kobus and a promise was made that he will attend to the problem early January 2016. Since then, several attempts were made to contact Kobus, but all unsuccessful. My husband, also visited his workshop in Stikland, and again has promises been made, but not kept. Kobus informed us that he is going through a difficult period, but we feel that it is now nearly 6 months later. On Friday the 1 April 2016, Kobus informed my husband that we need to contact him again the Monday morning, so that a date and time could be set. Till then, we are again struggling to get hold of him.
