Shocked ? ? ?

Good day

I was admitted at this hospital on the 21 January 2019 giving birth there, the service on my side it was supper Good my baby boy was born healthy on the 23rd January 2019.

The only problem I have find out only today when I took him for his 6 weeks immunization is that who so ever who was helping me at the hospital didn't give my boy a polio drops of which he was supposed to get when he was bon, and the nurse who was assisting me today also explained to me the danger ? of not getting the polio Drops in time I am so worried what if something can go wrong with my boy?

And I also have a question ⁉️ what if the nurse who was helping me today didn't go through the baby, s clinic card to check if everything was done properly, what was going to happend to my boy ?? someone really need to explain to me how careless can the person who was assisting me be that's so unprofessional.

Need someone to attend to this matter As soon as possible, and pray that nothing will happend to my baby boy.
