pathetic services for mother and child hospital

im am very disappointed in the service at rahima moosa,i took my son that is a year and few months old to the hospital on the 14/11/2019 at 05:30,due to he has slept the whole night from 10:pm untill 5 am the morning.rushed the child to hospital that time thinking i will get assisted,but insisted of helping us we where told that there is nothing wrong with the child,we need to go to the clinic.our reasons is why we take the kids to the hospital is because we dont known what is wrong with the child we arent doctors we are parents,if i was doctor i would have taken my child there and then i would know what is wrong with him,in any case we have been there since 05:30am and was only attended to at 07:45,as i know shift change is only 15mins not a whole hour,the service is bad when it comes to kids but its a mother and child hospital,in any case we go to the doctor she says there is nothing i need to take the child to the kids clinic,get there they tell us we need to have a referral letter from the clinic explaining her the same thing as if we knew what was wrong we would have gone to the clinic but we dont know whats wrong with the child thats why i took him to the hospital,in any case she assisted us and then just to find out that my son has a ear infection and has sores on his throat,then i was inform to go check his medication at the local clinic which i ned to go sit in que once again which i am tired,im am really disappointed in the way nurse and staff treat people at the local hospital,i know it free but treat us with respect regarding the services at rahima moosa.thanks
