Need help.

My wife is pregnaunt and her water broke at 4 in the afternoon,I rushed her to hospital, her file says she can not give birth normaly, its now 01:08 in the morning and is only 5cm dialated. Doctor says their is not enough theatre beds and that she needs to give birth normaly. She had a c section before. She is in a lot of pain. I went back to the hospital and they chased me away.
