Disgusting behaviour

i am so appalled and disgusted by the staff and doctors at the hospital. I witnessed patients being sworn at and told to shut up while they are in labor. Staff saying they cant wait for their shifts to end but they have just checked in, staff sleeping on the desks, ignoring us for hours. I arrived at 9.30 pm on 09/04 and was attended to on 10/04 at 7.30 am..i slept on a hard bench at 35 weeks pregnant, im extremely traumatized, i wish i dont have to give birth there but what choice do i have, i felt like screaming and crying the entire time,i just wanted to go home, it was a horrible experience and very traumatic!!!!I need feedback to rectify this disgust urgently, alternatively il take it further
