Disgusting and very sad inhuman

The staff is lazy and rude. They treat people like animals. Security is even worse. You ask a question and they give you a blank stare and mumble some incoherent answer. but they converse very loudly with each other. You greet - no response The act like the owners if the hospital. Mother's are expected to stay with babies in the ward just so the nurses does not have to work. A baby in Ward 3 is not changed regulary as her mother is not there. No excuse of being too busy as there are only a few babies in that ward. HYGIENE is a major issue. Noise levels of staff is another serious issue.Hospital is dirty including Windows. Blood works taken are lost and they just come and take more blood. These are humans they cannot speak for themselves and extra pain is inflicted. Diagnosis of Doctors changes daily. What are they training on babies. I request management goes to each and every ward and check the state If ward's and service levels. Does the Matrons ever check on nursing staff as it does not seem to be the case. Parents have to ask for milk for babies and they take hours to actually bring the milk. These patients are human and humanity dies not cost anything.
