Disappointed!!!!

I went there with a referral letter, however when I went it wasn't for what the letter stated. There's this "high" gynae (kinda boys cut hairstyle, BIG hips, surname is Ncu- something) that rudely checked my file and said they can't help me, I was in pain and I TRIED EXPLAINING that to her... she didn't give me the time of day, she wasn't even INTERESTED in listening. Now let me say this, had I not been able to deal with the pain at home I wouldn't have been there, regardless of her telling me they won't see me, I sat there determined to get seen to (why? Because my husband doesn't pay between R4k - R5k in taxes every month for her to treat people like ****). An intern then saw me and guess what, a very bad bladder Infection... I told her about the pain, no sonar was done. I did however get a date to do a sonar a month and a half after I've been there (patiently waiting) or and the pain is still here.

I've never been treated like this at any governmental hospital before, so I dunno *** that woman thinks she is. I've got her photos and I have her recorded saying they can't help me. I'm taking it to the media.
