Confusing and mixed up

The nurse would come in at 6:30 and ask pregnant women to stand in the queue for till they came out at 7. 30 minutes what's even worse today the anc has been floaded with water and it's so confusing for us a patients am number 13 but already numbers after me have been called.. They use names now. People who came after me have been called and am sitting not knowing what's next there after. I got here at 5:30am they only thing I did is weight and highblood pressure to and 10:32am.

Normally they used numbers but now they use names which is so mixing up between who came first and last. It's so painful to get her early then people who came after u gets attended too before you.
