Better service for the community

I went to the hospital today and l didnt receive the best service at all.I was assisted by aSister nurse called Miss Opreman,she was rude had an attitude and disrespectful.I left the hospital in tears and humiliated. Citizens go to the hospital to seek help not to be treated like ******s.
