Bad service ****** and negligence

I went to the hospital around 10pm on 12october coz my toddler was not feeling well n had hot body. When we arrived we were told to park outside the gate and only mum and child are only allowed to enter. I went inside and t my surprise there was mum and dad and child inside Indians but my husband was told not to enter in the premise. I was done the screening then went to the nurses emergency side to get help as it will be the only side opened to get help by that time. I saw a nurse and she asked me why i was there I then explained the problem my baby had she started to ask me why I had come coz she only attend kids who are not breathing who need oxygen so is your child not breathing. Started to say a lot why did i not come in the afternoon etc and i told her if u saw someone coming at this time to the hosp actually its a matter of urgency and needs help as a patient. She said a lot and I did not respond she never checked my baby and asked me if I had id. I showed her my passport and she started to open each page like she was now home affair worker and she asked if I had permit but she had my id. She told me to go and pay 350 don't know what was that for and I told her that ill pay thus when a male nurse started to check my baby. I went to pay the money and came back thus when an Indian doc checked her and jus gave me paracetamol and told me to go back home. I told her about another problem my baby had of which it needed docs attention she told me ts nothing but to go home and said i must come back if it doesn't change. When I was about to leave that same male nurse asked the doc why she was letting me go without a letter in case i will be coming back thus when she wrote that letter. I left the hospital in shock my baby was in pain i paid the money to get paracetamol really. The next morning I went to another hosp and they told me that my baby need to be admitted coz of her pains. Imagine if I was going to just give paracetamol . This is very bad service negligence and ****** i just wonder if these nurses and doctors have a calling or ts just a way of making money jus wondering. I thank God my baby got the help she needed from another hospital and now she had recovered
