Bad attitude

I'm currently at the hospital, I gave birth on Saturday and I was moved to ward 7.. Ever since I got to this ward all I've been getting is bad attitude from the nurses in that ward, the ward has cocoroches that even go on top of the bed.. Do I kindly asked the nurses to move me to the first bed which was empty, they than said they will ask for me, I told them if it's not possible I can sleep on the chair coz it's uncomfortable to sleep in a bed that has cocoroches.. After a few minutes one nurse started throwing turnyrums and toke another patient to that bed.. what I hate the most is that they gossip about patients infront of them instead of doing their job.. I'm honestly unhappy with the service that this hospital is giving people, more especially ward 7 those people that work in that ward are mean and rude and have a very stinking attitude.. I would like and more especially be happy if this matter is taken seriously and that nurse is been dealt with. I don't know if she's the supervisor or what but one thing I know is that she rude and doesn't know how to deal with patients..if this matter is not solved I'm going further with this coz clearly I'm not the only one that's been treated like this
