Good Products, Poor Service - Their mistake, my problem
I shop online at Ragland and I like their products. However, the last time I bought some fabric, the width was stated incorrectly on their website, and I received smaller pieces than what I paid for - for which they were happy to compensate me, as long as I pay for the delivery, which is of course not acceptable. Therefore, check carefully, the website information may be misleading and you will end up with less than what you paid for. And don't count on them being willing to make up for it.

Pathetic client service from Ragland Fabrics
I ordered 2 pieces of the same fabric online. When it was delivered it looked totally different. On my invoice it it exactly the same description as it was on the website. One fabric was thin and smooth (what I wanted) and the other weavy and looked like maize leaves. I liked them both but as I urgently needed the smooth one, I contacted them to tell them about their mistake. After a week where I had to send pictures etc. they confirmed that their website was wrong and the wrong item sent but now I had to pay more to get the right fabric! I'm not going to pay for their mistake. To say that I can use it for something else is not an excuse. If you have made a mistake, you correct it immediately without asking money for your mistake. Sorry, I will never buy from them again.
