Worst store ever!!!!!!!

Worse store ever,I bough a sandal from them at Rage in Kuils river withion 1 week the shoe broke the sole ,what an embarassing moment i had as i was at the mall.I went back to them ,couldnt get the help i needed instead they told me that they need the receipt which i clearly lost,I [left the store so dissaponted as i couldnt understand,wporse part they saw me buying the shoe,i dont know whats worse whether its their service or the qality of the shoe or its the fact that they are just non chalant and never respond to peoples complaints...Someone needs to take them to the CPA!!!!!!!
