Worst Service - Tembisa Plaza Branch

The ladies from Rage Tembisa Plaza have the worst customer services. They are rude and disrespect to Cashier TBP and the other one were so unprofessional and when I needed a size the other one could not even hide her stinking attitude. When I asked for her name they both received to give me names and while they were busy with my purchase they even continued to chit chat and laugh together.

Any customer is a valuable customer when they wanted a job I am sure they said they have good communication skills and excellent customer service but today since they are employed they are not giving the above to the public.

Yes maybe this area is dominated by us the poor community but every customer is very important because they bring the business.

This is bad for a store support by the same community but their staff fails to respect them. I am disgusted actually
