Worst service ever

Rage Brandfort store has rude sales ladies. I bought sneakers for my daughter in Bloemfontein, however when I arrived with them they couldn't fit her properly, so as she is staying in Brandfort I asked her to return them at Rage Brandfort because she's staying there. Apparently when she went for exchange the two ladies told her that they were not going to exchange those sneakers it suits her right that they don't fit her because she thought she's better because she bought them in Bloemfontein and left them in Brandfort. I am her mother and I am staying in Bloemfontein and I am the one who bought them, kindly teach your staff customer service and manners you can't say that to a 16 year old🤬🤬🤬, please escalate this or hire people with customer service.
