worst service ever

<p>These people have tortured me in the most undespeakable way...I bought shoes in Nov 2016 and wore it once and the shoe was damaged when i went to rage birch acres mall where i bought the shoe they said they cnt help me as i did not have the slip...I hve a account with them coudnt they have pulled the statement since im their customer? They hve the nerve of calling me demanding money that i refuse to pat because of their poor service. The head office also failed to help me. I refuse ro pay until they do the right thing</p>
