Worst service

<p>yesterday (12-06-2017) at Rage store in Magalies View Rustenburg, a lady by the name of Refilwe gave me, a customer, the worst service i have ever experienced, the manner in which she adressed me was distasteful and rude to a point that she threw at me shoes i had just bought, i felt abused and my right to dignity infringed upon.i bought shoes last week and i was not satisfied with them, my consumer rights allows for me to return or exchange goods within a given period, i did so within 7 seven days as stated on the receipt, i exchanged for another pair of shoes and i was not given a receipt but the lady said i can come back should i want to return them, now clearly this was misinformation as i went back the following day and it was a different story, Refilwe with the most despicable attitude told me i can only exchange once. According to the South African Protection Act i[as a consumer]have a right to disclosure of information, this was not disclosed to me but i had no problem with this as i really wanted shoes and was willing to even pay more, but the manner in which the lady adressed me and handled the situation was abusive and discriminatory and i demand an apology and ask that Rage uphold a standard as a business and take action.</p>
