Worst Salemanship Ever

<p>I had a faulty shoe of which I exchanged from Rage Sable Square in CPT, however I was given a shoe size smaller. </p> <p>Now I have been trying to change it but the sales ladies are forever giving me problems or either dropping my calls when I call the store. This is very unproffessional and disgusting. </p> <p>When on the phone they talk amongst each other in Xhosa not even thinking that I understand and speak derogatory language referring to me while im still waiting for them to assist me in the matter. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sent two emails to info@rage and had a helper by the name of daphney who just told me to go back to the store and ell them to call her. Mind you I work 6 days a week and have no time to go to the store. </p> <p> </p> <p>I find the service offered very appaling and neglective. </p> <p> </p> <p>Dissatisfied Customer***</p> <p> </p>
