WORST QUALITY EVER!!!

So I bought 2 pairs of boots from rage Cosmo city mall last month. I have never been so disappointed so I wore the 1st pair on Thursday just when I was still zipping the zip broke!! Saturday I put on the other pair and just an hour into wearing it the whole heel broke!! What is up with that ? The quality might not be good and all but for the whole shoe to just give out like that? It's embarrassing.
