WORST EXPERIENCE AT RAGE

I bought a pair of boots on the 28th of June 2025. I quickly tried on one open boot in-store. When I got home and wore both, I realized one boot was too tight and extremely uncomfortable.

I went back to the store to request an exchange, only to be told that I couldn’t return them because it looked like I had worn them outside — which I hadn’t. I never even stepped outside in them.

Rage clearly doesn’t care about its customers. To make matters worse, the boots were supposedly on sale, yet the sale price was higher than the original price.

Rage has lost a customer.
