WORST DECISION I'VE MADE OPENING AN ACCOUNT @ RAGE

I cannot even begin to explain how upset and frustrated Iam. I thought this was resolved by Rage but clearly it wasn't, I opened an account with Rage 3 years ago (worst decision I've ever made) I then decided to settle and close that account, It has been brought to my attention that according to Rage I have an account with them, it is in arrears and I owe them R35! Really!!! to whom this may concern at RAGE get that thing off my name I Do NOT owe you anything my rage account number is : *** and my outstanding balance is :R0. 0.
