WORST Customer Service on returned goods

I've just had the WORST customer service experience from Rage. I bought a 4Me pair of boots on the 1st of August 2023. I did not fit the shoe at the shop. The following day on the 2nd of August 2023, I tried to wear the shoe however, the right shoe is bigger than the left, it seems like I took size 8 instead of 7. The left shoes is snug like a size 6. I took them off and double checked the size and it is a 7. This was done less than 10min. Today I took the shoes to Rage in Boksburg (they were bought in Randburg) as I had some business there. All 3 consultants refused to take the shoe back as they believed that they have been worn of which I explained that, yes for less than 10min and they did not fit right and I knew that I will have to take them back. The main reason I am returning the shoe, 1 shoe is bigger than the other one. Customer service was contacted and still the lady Palesa Afrika did not assist even after being sent photos of the shoe.
