Worst customer service

For 3 years I have been fighting with Rage shoes and Clothing to send me a paid up letter and till now i still havent received it. My credit record is damaged because this account still appears on my credit record. I call them almost every month to get this fixed but nothing. The account was paid off and closed in 2018. Rage legal department and customer service are the worst
