Worst closing account have I ever went through

Want to close my rage account which has a R-254 but they don't want to give the money before providing proof of payment even when it reflects on their accounts or my rage statement.... I finally said they can take money since it really was a very long process to get it and proceed closing the account now the Masego Mamaru lady decided to ignore my email now, when I call the keep saying the wull transfer me to the Masego lady since she's handling my account guess the call transfer aint going through since my calls gets ended when she has to talk to me.
