Worst Administrative Service Ever!!!

I am having a serious problem with Rage. This company is starting to affect my quality of living. I am unable to take credit because they refuse to issue a paid up letter for an account I closed in 2020. I have called and emailed countless times with no assistance. They keep saying they are going to send it, and they never do.

It is unbelievable how quickly they changed. We had a very good relationship until I decided I wasn't keeping the account anymore. Someone please assist me. My details are below.
