Worst accounts department

<p>Paying my rage shoe and clothing account is a total nightmare.</p> <p> </p> <p>I owed R122 as per the statement for September 2016. I made a EFT payment to the account details provided on the statement. A month later I received a sms stating the account has not been paid - how is it possible?</p> <p>Are there no competent accounts staff members at rage? </p> <p> </p> <p>Today - 27 Dec 2016 - I receive an sms to pay in order to avoid charges. In the meantime they have added R4.25 interest to the account dating to June and July - how does it work?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not advise anyone to open a Rage account </p>
