Worse service and poor quality shoes!

I am not happy about the service I received from Rage. I bought the shoes for my daughter on the 30/11/2024. She wearn them only once now they're damaged. I went to the store on 07/12/2024 for refund they're telling me no refund after 7 days I must buy something. There is nothing to buy I need a refund. How do you calculate your 7 days? I bought them last week Saturday, I am returning them the following Saturday! This is bad! You are not selling quality now you have a problem when you have to refund your customers! I regret buying from you. I don't know what I am going to do with damaged shoes
