Won't reprint slip to refund 7 weeks broken shoes

Bought shoes on the 23rd July this year from Greenstone branch. Now less than 2 months later the one shoe have come apart from the sole. I don't have my slip and asked if they could reprint it. Well clearly the consumer protection act does not apply to the Rage group. They should be able to reprint a slip and also I have 6 months' in which I can request my money back if the item is defective. However they are refusing to assist with helping me, after they sold me a dudd pair of shoes.
