What a bad service from Rage store and their Head office

So I bought 3 pairs of shoes from Rage Stores it is now the choice I regret very much and will never ever buy anything from them. I asked to change one pair of shoes from size to boys' size 5 and I was told Rage stores does not sell size 5 shoes in boys. WOW!!!! WOW. I accepted and asked for refund, I was told no refunds on sale items. I then asked for a gift card, and the I was told, sorry there's nothing they can do so I must just take the shoes and leave. I contacted the head office and even sent the pictures on the WhatsApp number provided requesting them to assist me with the size and WOW I got BLUE TICKED. I was very close to opening an account with them but now I will never ever set my foot in their stores, Jet or Edgars will treat me better.
