what a bad service from a Rage manager

Hellopeter,somewhere in November I bought shoes from rage store for my sister <br> She does like the shoes and since we have never had time to go to town to return them<br> Yesterday on Wednesday I went to rage In checker I received the most shocking customer service ever,the lady told me to go to another rage because she didn't hve cash,she nevr made any sale on that day.i then went to rage at shoprite they were very helpful but unfortunately they were offline.as I explain my story to tell they said its impossible for rage at checkers not to have money.they advised me to go back and call head office and ask them to authorise my refund,I went back to rage at checkers.we called wendy(headoffice)I received the shocking service from her,she evn told me theres no way I can complain about her because she is the manager and all the service complains comes to her,I wonder how she became a rage overall manager,her listening skills its worse than pooor.<br> All I wanted was to return those ugly shoes my sister doesn't like,and after the shocking service I don't think I will evr buy anything from that shop<br>
