Very very bad customer experience
Bought shoes in one of their stores then I decided to refund the shoes in Theku plaza in Newcastle the cashier didn't want to refund me she said the shoe has been worn and I should go to the branch where I bought the shoes from... Very bad customer experience even the head office is not helping at all
