Very unhappy "Rage Shoes" customer

<p>I bought a boot from Rage Shoes SA on the 14/06/2016 wore it once to work and had the most uncomfortable experience ever!! The left side of the shoe has a very painful pinch and the right side is perfectly fine, it was so painful that I had to take the shoe off. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now are telling me they can't take the shoe back because I wore it and to them it doesn't sound like a factory fault. They've gone as far as asking the assistant in store to put her hand in and feel if the shoe has a problem, which I told them one would have to wear the shoe to feel what I am taking about. I called head office and spoke to the manager Daphney and she's been equally unhelpful!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm angry and highly disappointed and refuse to sit with a shoe I can't wear. </p>
