Very Rude Staff at Head Office and Appalling Service!!!

I'm very appalled by the service received by the Bree store, firstly I paid this account off last year and till to date its not been closed.

Earlier this month I was declined by home loan reason am In arrears with this store an account which was closed and confirmed done so..

When I approached them again this month I was told I have to wait 21 days for the account to be closed, having paid it off last year, now I must still wait for this account to be closed for another month while my kids sleeps out becoz of the negligence of the people working at this bree street Fraser store ???

What trash is that...? Secondly the lady I spoke to at head office was very rude, even the lady at the shop in bree street can confirm that the lady at head office was very rude and did not even to ask for my id to check in actually fact she did not have time of assisting me...

Why should I suffer after the account was settled and requested by myself that it should be closed ????

And who will foot the costs incurred from the time I paid up this account till now???

This is so bull**** and unprofessional. I want this resolved without extra costs incurred or fees that must be paid by me as it's pure negligence on your part and must be resolved asap or direct me to your highest authority that can resolve this in a better way.
