Very rude

Subject: Complaint About Poor Service at Lenasia Rage – signa Terrace

Dear Rage Customer Service,

I would like to bring to your attention the poor service I received yesterday at your Lenasia Rage branch in Cigna Terrace. The consultant/cashier who assisted me was extremely rude, and I found her behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. I kindly request that your staff be reminded to improve their customer service and treat customers in a friendlier and more professional manner.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously so that future experiences at Rage stores can be more positive.
