very poor service

'm so angry This is the 3rd time I'm receiving horrible service from rage maponya mall

But today it was a show stopper

I went to return a boot I bought on the 7th this month and the cashier with her cronnies were so rude, 1st they told be they are not going to give me a refund, I told them I don't want anything and they said it's not their business , I requested to speak with the manager with an attitude they said shes off, they Then said they will call the customer care and when I asked why they said because I don't want to listen to them and this happen through out all the rages in the world, I refused to speak with customer care because they were busy dancing and laughing saying but at the end they are not going to refund me

I requested that they call the store manager again with an attitude they said I should call her from my phone because they don't have a phone, it went on and on Until I decided to say it's fine I'll go, I asked for the cashiers name who again with an attitude said "im ntombifuthi" I told her that I'm going to lay a formal complaint and I'm going to refer this matter to the CPA with an attitude she said it's fine,you can take your shoes

I'm never ever going to buy anything from rage and I'm sure going to inform my circle of infuence not to support this store ever,

They made the laughing stock of me infront of their customers and made me look as if I'm crazy while they were busy dancing and laughing while talking with me!

I am going to lay a formal complaint with the CPA and I'm not going to drive again to any rage to bring back these again, because of these boots my toes have blisters and very painful and for that I want to sue RAGE
