Very poor and bad service.

Very bad and poor service I received from The Crossing Mall Rage store Mokopane Limpopo. On the 19/02/2023 I bought shoes. The 20/02/2023 I jumped off the car and walked 10 steps with the shoes. I noticed they were big. Went back to the car and took them off. Around 17:00 I went to Rage store for an exchange they told me due to load shedding I should come the next day. The 21/02/2023 when they opened I was already at the door. Upon my arrival. Ivony Radebe told me to take it back to the branch I bought at. I told her i won't, as I work close to the current store which is Rage Store & Clothing The Crossing Mall. Upon my refusal to leave. She spoke on the work phone and told me they can't change the shoes. As they are damaged. I'm very angry and feel I'm I'll treated as I was initially told to go back to the branch...
