Very dissapointed

Im so dissapointed with this store. They dont know how to retain their customers at all. I paid double on the 25th of February and not. I went to the store and gave them proof. Today I called and Im told it's Jewish week they dont do refunds. They dont care that I have been patient enough . I dont have words but they are the worst store i have come across.
