Very disappointed with RAGE

I have paid up my rage account in January this year two months later I went to the store to check if my account is closed thy said it's still active and they gave me the number to call for enquiries, I have called the number the lady confirmed that the account is closed it will update in 21 days, last week I found that my account is still active and I owe R163 I called them the lady gave me an email address I did email but no response till now and this drops my credit score.
