Very disappointed Account holder

My name is Busisiwe,I have a bad experience with Rage.I bought winter boots on the 10/06/2020 however the boots didn't fit unfortunately I tested positive on the 26th of June and have been undergoing treatment for the past 2 weeks by the grace of God I have recovereed. I went to the store to exchange my boots and explained my situation to the consultant who called the head office and explained however they refused to assist me. I unable to understand how we can not adjust the exchange policy during the pandemic for customers. I am currently sitting with boots that don't fit and I dnt know what to do.
