Very bad terrifying experience

I'm so disappointed in Ragesa I don't want to lie ,I opened my account 8 years ago and lost my card,I tried to email them for an account close up ,they told me to pay the balance, which was R38.99 ,I paid it now they keep on increasing charges, which means they ripping me off, they restrict me from closing this account, I don't want their account anymore,it is ruining this for me...please rage do what's good for your clients and stop being inconsiderate
