Very bad service, the store's policy is unre4

I had such a bad service from a manager Dineo from Alex mall, who refused to assist me with an exchange because I didn't have a till slip. I had proof of purchase from my bank as I used my card but they still refused to assist. I am now stuck with the shoes.
