VERY BAD SERVICE

Very bad service at the Centurion mall branch today. I bought shoes at the Phumulani branch, the cashier did not check the shoes at the till giving me same leg shoes. I went to another branch closest to where I stay, they harshly told me they can't take the shoes back I have to drive back to the branch where I bought the shoes...the branch being very far, I will have to spend my petrol money. I could not believe it! I assumed all Rage stores are one, working together to give their customers good service. CLEARLY NOT!
