very bad service

How bad can this get , I lost my Rage card a very long time ago not knowing that whoever got it actually used it ,since then i have been struggling to get my account paid off because everytime i get rage in bree Jhb this stupid lady tells me about a phone number I no longer have ,fine enough last week I went to Rage again to get it over and done I then paid my outsanding balance and guess what this lady never did the right thing i dont know what the hell she did but Rage needs better staff and a better system they are useless I regret opening an account with them ,my advise to everyone is to not even think of opening an account with this clowns ,rather try any other store before getting something at rage there service is pathetic honestly .
