VERY BAD AND DIS-RESPECT FULL SERVICE.

I went to Rage shoe store in khayelitsha mall on Wednesday 08/08/2018 to buy the shoes for my niece when i got home the shoe did not fit it was small, my sister bought another shoe for her since she was having a graduation party same day. On Friday10/08 I went to the store to return the shoe and get the refund since my niece stay in Vredenburg but the 2 ladies that were in the store with no name tags told me they just banked the money there is no money in the store and besides i will only get the refund in seven days , so i told them its fine since i will get the money in seven days then they must take the shoes then i will wait for my refund . They told me they cant i must go to other store .

Since i did not want to argue told them I will send my husband the following day because i have 1month daughter and i have operation to go up and down, they said its fine. I sent my husband the following day which is today to return them they told him they do not do the refund i must go there myself and take other shoe he told them about the previous day i was there, they told him they don't care. its either i go there myself and take another shoe or nothing so he came back. please assist because i need my refund and i use my petrol and time to go there , i mean i did no commit a sin by going to the store. your assistance will be much appreciated .
