Useless agents

I have been making payment using my bank account and evetimeis mission theu keep telling me using the wrong ref number and when I give them the ref number it is the correct one I habe sen numerous emails to customerservice email and nomalangs email and being to there is no attachment I am getting tired of pathetic service im getting from rage when u request to speak to a manger you are told to contact customer care I cant wait to close this account. Ow evetume whwn i sent proof of oayment they storues thus is really annoying and frustrating
