Unsatisfied customer

Hi. So I bougjt a skirt for my daughter who doesnt live with me and only to find out that the skirt is small. I took it ba k for exchange with sometging alse with the recite attached to it amd they told me you guys are offline till today and i have no idea what to do now. I'm really dissapoined with the shop because i love the shoes and clothes but the service i recived at rathanda shoprite center is really not pleaseing. I think twice before i go shopping at rage stores now.
